David Agbodji for Numero Homme Fall 2010

Dear Pennies,

Today, I would like to profile the first male model to ever be featured on de la Pen. I first saw David Agbodji on The Fashion Bomb here: http://fashionbombdaily.com/2010/09/24/snapshot-david-agbodji-for-numero-homme-fall-2010/. David is on the cover of Numero Homme for Fall 2010. When I first saw the cover, I was immediately drawn in. David’s eyes are piercing and his juicy lips are totally kissable (at least to me they are). Anyway, upon seeing this cover, I knew I had to feature David on the blog.

Currently, David is ranked #6 out of the top 50 male models on models.com. Additionally, he is the current face of Calvin Klein. So where does this up and coming male supermodel come from? Well, he’s of African descent and he was born in Paris where he lived till he was thirteen when he moved to New York. Now living in Fort Greene Brooklyn, David is focused on modeling and photography.

David has appeared in magazines like Interview, GQ Style, and V. He’s also done numerous editorials and ad campaigns including V magazine, Sean John, and GQ Germany. David is well on his way to becoming fashion’s next male supermodel. But, David also affects fashion in another way…as a photographer. David has a photography studio installed in his apartment and photography is his current passion.

However, with those bold bright eyes and those lusicious lips, David is promised a career as a fashion model superstar. If he plays his cards right, he can continue to gain more editorials and ad campaigns. In essence, be on the look out for David Agbodji who is sure to be fashion’s next big thing!

And there it is. The Fashion and Style of the Pen…de la Pen.
