Dear Pennies and Pens,
It’s Pen here to report on Soigne K’s upcoming trunk show for Shyamal and Bhumika Shodhan in NYC on March 1st from 12pm to 7:30pm. Soigne K is a boutique located on Madison Avenue and it specializes in selling ready to wear and accessories by hard to find Indian designers.
Shyamal and Bhumika launched their label in 2000 and since then the designers have become very well known for their handcrafted and richly embroidered formal Indian attire. In fact, the designers were nominated for Best Indian Wear at the Marie Claire India Fashion Awards 2008.
As I said earlier, on March 1st, Soigne K will host a trunk show for the designers and from 12pm to 4pm, private shopping appointments are available. Then from 4pm to 7:30pm there is a cocktail party with informal modeling. Both events are open to the public, and interested parties should RSVP to info@soignek.com.
