Dear Pennies and Pens,
For this week’s, Tuesday’s Stylish Thoughts I decided to feature Zoe Kravitz who I have long admired from afar. For those that don’t know, Zoe Kravitz is an up & coming actress and the daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet. Being that she has two ultra stylish bohemian parents, it’s no surprise that Zoe has taken after them.
Zoe has appeared in major fashion magazines like ELLE, W, Vanity Fair, and Rolling Stone. Often profiled for her fierce, independent style Zoe is constantly also seen on blogs likeĀ The Fashion Bomb. Zoe has an eclectic style that is chic and easy to relate to. Although, she’s a celebrity, her style never looks over done or inauthentic. Additionally, though she wears make-up, Zoe isn’t the type to be seen with her make-up caked on her face. In essence, she seems to be promoting the natural beauty look which is admirable.
As I said earlier, Zoe is following the footsteps of her mother by acting. She’s already appeared in “The Brave One” opposite Jody Foster and she was also in “No Reservations” with Catherine Zeta Jones. This summer, Zoe will be starring in her biggest film yet, X-Men: First Class. It’ll be interesting to see Zoe in such a large blockbuster and I’m a huge fan of the X-Men series so I’ll definitely be checking the film out.
