Dear Pennies & Pens,

It’s Pen here to report on Christian Siriano Fall/Winter 2012. If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I also missed Christian Siriano’s show. I wasn’t having a good fashion week day because this show was the same day as Ruffian. And as with Ruffian, I decided to still write a review since missing this show was my fault.

For Fall/Winter 2012, Christian showed a collection full of his usual culprits. It was a collection of cocktail dresses and evening gowns. For this season, black was a dominant color and there were plenty of sheer dresses. I loved the cool silhouettes and the way the dresses flowed.

I also loved the dark lipstick on the models, it made their faces pop and it gave the clothes an edgier feel. The collection was chic, fierce, and edgy. Overall, it was a lovely collection and I can’t wait to see what Christian reveals next season.

And there it is. de la Pen…All Pen Everything.
