Press Pen: Cities and Cultural Investment at the Dallas Museum of Art

Dear Pennies & Pens,

This June, the Association of Art Museum Directors, an organization of art museum directors from the leading art institutions in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, is holding their annual conference in Dallas this June, for the first time in over ten years. The Dallas Museum of Art will present the only public event during the meeting on Sunday, June 1 at 5:30 p.m.

The June 1 event will be a panel conversation, moderated by DMA Director Maxwell L. Anderson, about cultural investment in major urban centers, both nationally and globally.  Panelists will be: John Rossant, Founder and Chairman of the New Cities Foundation and Executive Chairman of Geneva-based Publicis Live and Zannie Voss, Chair and Professor of Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship in the Meadows School of the Arts and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Tickets are FREE. Reserve your seat now at DMA.org/tickets.

If you love art and want to hear from the people who work in the art world, this event is a great event to attend. I’m sure the discussion will be interesting so if you’re the area, I think this event is worth stopping by.

And there it is. de la Pen…All Pen Everything.
