Dear Pennies & Pens,

Last week I had the honor & pleasure of attending Stacy Lomman’s Fall 2011 show. Some of you may remember this post, Press Pen: Editor Preview…Wendy Brandes Fine Jewelry & Stacy Lomman New York where I featured Stacy’s work when I went to a press preview for her and jewelry designer Wendy Brandes.

As I said earlier, the show from last week was for Stacy’s fall collection. For the Fall collection, Stacy expounded upon the metallic theme used for the Spring collection for certain pieces like a silver jacket or gold dress that were included in the collection. The color palette was also very simple, I noticed gold, black, silver, and navy. There was also tons of leather which is great for the woman seeking the rocker chic look. My absolute favorite look was the suit from below which Stacy wore at the press preview from last month, it is definitely a must have item.

Overall, I really enjoyed this collection. The show was at a dance studio in midtown so the lighting was awesome and there was plenty of space. Additionally, being that it was a dance studio there were also mirrors in the room which provided an interesting view for pictures.
