As you all hopefully know, my agency The Network just launched Flavor NYC. Flavor NYC is a digital and social media campaign that promotes diversity in fashion, beauty, and the arts. The Network also worked with Copenhagen based Fashion Illustrator and Multimedia Designer Stine Reintoft for Flavor NYC. Stine uses a variety of mediums and techniques in her work, utilizing everything from collage to watercolor. Stine has devoted her work to fashion illustration because it is what she loves most. As stated in Stine’s interview with 1968 Magazine: “Stine believes that every human is pulled to drawings and feels that they can convey more warmth than a fashion photograph.”
Stine created illustrations of the Flavor NYC New Amerykah editorial photos and two of The Network’s favorite celebrities Beyonce` and Solange. Check out the original photos and Stine’s illustrations below.
