Pen Style: Pennies & Pens Spring/Summer 2022 @ Austin Fashion Week

Dear Pennies & Pens, 

After 3 months of planning, I can officially say that the Pennies & Pens Spring/Summer 2022 Runway Show @ Austin Fashion Week was a success! It was truly a full circle moment for me as a Designer. I mean seeing my pieces on models walking down the runway is a memory I’ll cherish forever. 

Thank you to the Austin Fashion Week team for giving designers like me a platform to showcase our designs. And thank you to the AFW BOH team for casting models, coordinating the Hair & Makeup, and overseeing the runway show production. 

Thank you to the hair stylists and makeup artists for creating amazing looks. Thank you to the models for walking in the shows. Also, thank you to the event volunteers and event sponsors. Especially Anna – a volunteer who was tremendously helpful to me. Lastly, thank you to attendees! 

Now, it’s time to officially unveil Pennies & Pens Spring/Summer 2022. Pennies & Pens Spring/Summer 2022 collection is a mixture of our Fall/Winter 2020 and Spring/Summer 2021 collections. This collection features the best of our previous collections to show you the best of both worlds.

Pennies & Pens organic cotton T-Shirts are inspired by multiculturalism, spirituality and pop culture. Our goal is to combine words and fashion in a simple, unique and straightforward way. Our second mission is to inspire Pennies & Pens to read more ink therefore, we place words on a T-Shirt to get them to do just that. 

Pennies & Pens Spring/Summer 2022 collection features white T-shirts with black font and black T-shirts with white font. With uncomplicated and unpretentious designs, our T-Shirts are for the everyday Penny or Pen. 

There’s no fluff or BS when it comes to Pennies & Pens, it’s just classic, wearable fashion. Wear our T-Shirts to work remotely, socially distant events, run errands and sleep in. Our T-Shirts are meant to be your closet staple.
