Behind the Ink: Processing Customer Orders Part II

Dear Pennies & Pens,

In this post, Behind the Ink: Processing Customer Orders II, I process customer orders. As yall know, I am CEO of ISLP, The InkSpot, LLC – a creative production company based in Dallas.

Weā€™ve published three books: #MakeUrPenLoud: How To Be A Lifestyle Blogger, The Loudest Pen Ever and The Pen Planner. Additionally, we designed a vegan fashion line, Pennies & Pens. All of our products are sold via our website www.islpdtx.com

Since I am #TeamISLP, I process, fulfill and ship all orders. In vlogs, I always talk about ISLP so I wanted to give y’all a visual reference of what I actually do. As the owner of an independent, Black and woman owned business, I want my audience to see that I do pretty much everything.

Behind the Ink: Processing Customer Orders Part II

In the vlog below, youā€™ll see me creating the shipping label and packing slip, adding a hangtag to the Pennies & Pens T-Shirt then wrapping it in tissue paper. Itā€™s a really cool vlog that gives you insight on how I process ISLP customer orders.

My goal is to make each customer feel special and like they are receiving a gift. Hence why I created custom branded packaging and wrap products in tissue paper. After buying from ISLP and waiting to receive an order, I want customers to feel like ā€œWow ISLP really cares about me.ā€
